|

Services
Offered: Mortgage
Processor locator, resources, training and job searches
Company Overview: NAMP is one of the largest online
resources for mortgage processors. By becoming a member
of their group, you reap many rewards, including
training classes, certification programs, and even
downloadable library of documents and information. Their
many years of service have been littered with many
achievements and accomplishments.
Our Review: NAMP seems like a great place to check out
when you’re looking for mortgage processors or mortgage
processing jobs. They have training classes so you can
keep up to speed on the mortgage industry, and they also
offer tons of information and a job search. Although
they won’t give you the job directly, they do a great
job of providing you with the options. There could be
more information about their background and history, but
it’s not essential.
User Review: I signed up with NAMP a few years after I
got my mortgage license. I love it, because I’ve gone
through so many job changes due to my own personal
illness, and every time they’ve come through to find the
perfect job for me.

Services
Offered: Mortgage
Processing
Company Overview: Mortgageprocessor.com was founded in
1996 to provide mortgage brokers with a fast and easy
processing service. All the employees have extensive
training and at least three years of experience in
mortgage processing before they are allowed to work for
this company. They have helped millions of brokers make
their mortgage processing needs more efficient.
Our Review: This is a great place to find a mortgage
processor, or even a mortgage processing job. They seem
to be a well founded company. Their website leaves
something to be desired, but their reviews and customer
feedback make us think they’re definitely worth checking
out.
User Review: I’ve been a broker for over ten years. I
used to never leave the office because my old processing
company had too many problems. Now I can take vacations
whenever I want, because I know my loans are in safe,
capable hands. |

Services
Offered: Mortgage
Processing
Company Overview: Salvation Processing has over 22 years
of experience in the mortgage industry. They are able to
provide their customers with cheaper fees than those of
an in house processor. They are able to process all
types of mortgage loans, including FHA and VA loans. The
president of the company has spent over ten years
specializing in government loans.
Our Review: This company keeps it short, sweet, and to
the point. They’ve got the experience, and they’ve got
the processors you need. Their web site layout is
simple, and their services seem to get great reviews.
They even provide you with a fee schedule right there on
the page, which is something a lot of companies don’t
offer.
User Review: Salvation Processing was very
straightforward and helped to close my loan in a matter
of days, rather than the weeks it usually takes with
most companies. They didn’t make outrageous promises or
anything, they just did their job, and did it well. I’m
sure I’ll be back to work with them again. |

Services
Offered: Mortgage
processor
Company Overview: Priority Processing has over 18 years
of experience in the mortgage industry. They offer lower
fees to brokers through contract processing services,
rather than being an in-house processing company. They
are one of the top processing companies on the eastern
seaboard.
Our Review: They sell themselves well, but Priority
Processing’s website leaves so much to be desired. They
don’t have a very good background or any actual
statistics about the business they’ve done. They do
explain what they do, and have contact information
readily available, but we just would like to see more
information. However, that doesn’t mean we don’t
recommend them; they’re at least worth checking out.
User Review: I used Priority Processing a few times for
loan processing at my old mortgage company, and I was
happy with the results. They got the job done quickly,
efficiently, and at a rate I could afford. If my new
company didn’t have an in-house processor, I’d
definitely use Priority again. |

How To Select The Best Company For Mortgage Processor |
|
If you are
looking for a faster, cheaper, more efficient way to
process your mortgage loans, finding the right mortgage
processor is essential. Many companies are turning to
online mortgage processing companies to get faster,
easier service. Another perk that these online
processors offer is lower fees due to the lack of
physical paperwork and physical communication. The
internet is quickly becoming one of the most valuable
resources in the mortgage market, and contract mortgage
processors are no exception. Some companies do still use
in-house processors, but this can be costly due to the
overhead of a physical presence. By doing your loan
processing via telephone and the internet, you can save
a ton on mortgage processor fees. To find the right
mortgage processor for you, you will first need to
evaluate your needs. For example, do you need a
processor that handles all types of loans, or only
certain kinds? This will be important, because some
companies specialize in certain types of loans while
other companies can do it all. Also, you will need to
research the companies and educate yourself about their
policies and their fees. Most mortgage processor
companies give this information out on their website,
but if you cannot find it, you can always e-mail or call
them to find out what they can do for you. You
definitely don’t want to choose a mortgage processor and
later find out that they can’t help you, or that their
fees are higher than you originally were told. So make
sure that you state your needs clearly so that you don’t
get hassled by the company. As long as the company is up
front, and can offer you the services you need, the
final decision will come down to a matter of personal
preference. Ultimately, if three companies can offer you
what you need for a reasonable fee, and you feel more
comfortable with one company over the others, then you
should use the one you feel most comfortable with. As
long as you do a little research, finding the right
mortgage processor doesn’t have to be a complicated
task.
